Noel Gordon Holder, Rev. Mdx RM BScN, MPH, Dip. Th Fellow (DEFID), Doctoral Student.
Rev Noel Holder, a Health professional with experience in research, and has research interest in Public Health, an excellent track record of coordinating Intersectoral Programmes with a focus on Health Promotion, organizing and monitoring health care activities at the District, Regional and National levels.
Director of Health Sciences Education (retied) Tele Evangelist (Ebenezer Praise Time), Moderator of the Guyana Congregational Union of Churches, and Pastor’s two Congregations.
Rev Holder, joined the Public Health Department, Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Guyana in 2005 as a part time staff, and has been a full-time staff since 2011. A past board member, FEES and is currently a board member, FOT
He is the Head of Department, Public Health, and Coordinator of the BSc Degree in Environmental Health. He developed the EHO’s Curriculum and gave inputs for a number of other Curricula development in the MOPH.
Rev Holder, received his secondary education at Hindu College, and his professional career began in 1976, he is a graduate from the Georgetown School of Nursing and Midwifery, and from the following Universities: University of Guyana, University of the West Indies, University of Washington and the University of Alabama, and the College for Formation, Ministry and Mission Studies.
Rev Holder is Currently pursuing Doctoral Studies at the Bakke Graduate University, USA
